Basketball Off-Season Training

The basketball off-season training program has officially started June 21st. The training is being held at the Peak Performance facility on Dave Ward Drive, and we are using the Peak Performance trainers to run the sessions. The sessions are setup by age group and gender, and they are having two sessions a week focusing on skills and drills. This is a great opportunity to build basketball skills in preparation for the coming season! If you were thinking about starting to play basketball with the Falcons in the fall, now would be a great time to get started.
